1. INTRODUCTION

2.3 ARTEMISKING constantly monitors the capacity of its website to provide services in territories that are not effectively included in the list of prohibited territories. 2.4 When a new territory is added to the list of restricted territories by ARTEMISKING, the accounts of customers found to reside in the restricted territory will be closed immediately. In the event that a customer is found to be residing in a new restricted territory, ARTEMISKING reserves the right to declare such bets void and will refund the customers' betting investments, if they have bets that were not completed when the territory of residence was included in the list of prohibited territories. 3.1 The name on your account must match your real, legal name and identity. In addition, in order to facilitate these Security Reviews, you agree to provide us with information or documents, without limitation, at any time we request them. 3.4 Providing false or misleading information about your identity is an offence under the Anti-Money Laundering and Prevention of Terrorist Financing Act 2006. Consequently, in special circumstances, we may contact you to request further information or ask you to provide the information in an internationally recognised format, including, but not limited to, requesting official translations of legal documents, where the information provided is only in the local language of the country (other than English), where the initial documents provided are inadequate, forged, believed to have been obtained from third parties for the purpose of conducting illegal transactions over the Internet. Failure to pass the review may result in the permanent closure of your account and suspension of the outstanding balance of the account.

3.5 If customers refuse to provide documents, do not provide any documents, or provide documents that do not meet the criteria (forged, altered, failed security checks, etc.), ARTEMISKING reserves the right in such cases to immediately close players' accounts and cancel their account balances. In such cases, customers will forfeit their rights to all winnings and should be aware that their deposits may not be refunded.

3.6 As part of Verification Reviews, we may use third-party organisations to verify your age, identity, address, and payment details. This process involves checking the details disclosed against certain (public or private) databases. By entering into this process, you agree that we may use, record, and disclose your personal information, and this data may be recorded by us or them. 3.7 ARTEMISKING does not allow you to register for more than one (1) account in connection with your use of the Services of the site, including but not limited to the web-based version. If you register or create more than one account, ARTEMISKING reserves the right to terminate any or all accounts held by you. ARTEMISKING recognises that you intend to exceed the maximum amount payable to a single account holder by spreading it across linked accounts and that you have done so by:

i. by registering and/or using more than one account; and/or

ii. if we believe, in collaboration with one or more persons, that the same match/game combinations have been played using different amounts of ARTEMISKING accounts (regardless of whether they are played with different bets, have different price ranges, or are played on different days), we reserve the right, in the exercise of our personal judgment, to withhold any winnings resulting from this behaviour.

3.8 ARTEMISKING reserves the right to confiscate money or winnings generated through fraudulent activity in relation to multiple accounts. If we reasonably believe that more than one account has been opened with the intent to defraud the company, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction related to such fraudulent attempts. Any accounts with the same personal information, bank account, IP address, but not limited to, will be considered "Duplicate Accounts". Duplicated Accounts may be closed immediately by us; account balances will be deemed terminated by the owner. In such a case, the investments will be subject to review by ARTEMISKING. In the event that the company suffers any loss due to forgery of documents or fraudulent activities, an equal amount of the loss will be withdrawn from the player's account.

1. CONDITIONS OF USE REGARDING THE USE OF ARTEMISKING SERVICES

4.1 You accept that you may lose money on your bets and that you are solely responsible for any such loss. You agree that under no circumstances will we be able to recover from you any amounts lost by you on any bet.

v. register for a betting account using information other than your own personal details;

vi. not act on behalf of a third party;

vii. not to deposit funds derived from illegal transactions;

viii. not to make a deposit using a credit card that is not authorised for use by the customer; not to commit fraud by using such a credit card in conjunction with a third party in a scheme to make money;

ix. not engage in money laundering or other illegal activities using personal or third-party accounts;

x. not to sell the transfer account to others.

4.4 In accordance with the current anti-money laundering rules, the player may only deposit funds into his/her ARTEMISKING account in order to use our Services and place bets. Likewise, the player may only withdraw winnings and not funds deposited into his/her ARTEMISKING account. Players who deposit or withdraw funds without gaming activities will have their funds blocked until further notice. ARTEMISKING is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposits. In any case, ARTEMISKING reserves the unlimited right to impose restrictions on payment methods and/or on certain players in certain countries.

1. PAYMENTS

6.1 It is possible to deposit money into the ARTEMISKING account by transferring money by mobile phone number. As new payment methods are added, notifications will be made on our homepage and sent by e-mail. For each new deposit method, the Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

6.2 Cepbank transactions are made by sending money from the account to the registered mobile phone number. 1. ELECTRONIC SERVICE PROVIDER

7.1 In order to use the ARTEMISKING Services, you may need to send money to and receive money from us. We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('ESPs') to process such financial transactions. You irrevocably authorise us to instruct such ESPs as necessary to enable us to process transactions for the deposit or withdrawal of funds into your deposit account, and you irrevocably authorise us to instruct them on your behalf in accordance with your request submitted using the relevant features on our platforms.

7.2 You agree to comply with the regulations stipulated by all relevant ESPs. In the event of incompatibility and/or conflict between these Agreements and the ESP regulations, these Agreements shall prevail.

1. WINNERS

8.1 The bookmaker finalises the calculations based on the first results. Subsequent disqualifications and cancellations do not affect the calculations.

8.2 Winnings are multiplied by the determined odds.

1. LIVE BETTING

1. ARTEMISKING PROMOTIONS AND UNSOLICITED EMAIL POLICY

11.1 If a player entrusts his/her e-mail address to ARTEMISKING, he/she expressly agrees to receive by e-mail notifications of products, services, and special offers that ARTEMISKING considers may be of interest to the player, unless otherwise stated. Such a subscription may be cancelled by the player at any time. If the player wishes to cancel product notifications sent to his/her e-mail address, he/she will be deleted from the mailing list within three days of an e-mail sent to ARTEMISKING's contact e-mail address with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the reference line.

11.2 All bonus and promotional offers are subject to the terms and conditions existing at the time of transmission. Non-recreational players and those who attempt to abuse bonus promotions will be restricted from the promotions. ARTEMISKING reserves the right to terminate or modify any bonus offer at any time.

1. FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS, AND DEPOSIT CONFIRMATIONS

12.1 We have a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate gaming and fraudulent activities. These activities include, but are not limited to, manipulating the game or payment or manipulating multi-exchange services, including but not limited to the use of stolen credit cards or other fraudulent activities (e.g. payment refunds or payment cancellations) or prohibited transactions (e.g. money laundering) or the bank or ESP not executing your transactions. Such fraudulent activities will result in account closure. Any winnings resulting from these activities will be cancelled and the deposited amount will be reviewed by ARTEMISKING and will not be refundable to the account holder.

12.2 If you are found, in our sole discretion, to have deceived or attempted to deceive us and/or the Group or any other member using the ARTEMISKING Services, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close your account and to recover the damage suffered using any method that is lawful, including but not limited to the following:

i. withdrawing the amount payable by you from your account;

ii. instructing third-party collection agencies to collect the debt. This may adversely affect your credit rating and may require us to share your personal information (including your identity) with appropriate agencies.

1. FORFEITURE AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

13.1 If:

i. you have breached any of these Agreements;

ii. we become aware that you have used or attempted to use the Services to engage in fraud, collusion (including in relation to payment refunds) or illegal or improper activities (including but not limited to any manipulation of multi-currency facilities)

iii. we become aware that you have been playing on other online gaming sites or services and have engaged in fraud, secret sharing (including in relation to payment refunds) or illegal or improper activities

iv. you have requested a 'refund' for any purchases or deposits you have made with your account, or you have refused purchases;

v. you become bankrupt or equivalent proceedings take place anywhere in the world;

vi. you have been proven by the relevant courts to have violated international or local money laundering rules and have been adjudicated according to the law:

at our sole and unfettered discretion, in relation to your account, or any ESP account (as that term is defined in clauses 7.1 and 7.2), use other sites and/or casinos and/or services and gaming services owned or operated by us or on our behalf, or terminate agreements with any service with a shared gaming/table platform, withhold your account balance, suspend your account, and we reserve the right to recover the amount of any affected payments, bonuses, and winnings from such accounts in order to recover from such circumstances.

1. ALL AGREEMENTS, MODIFICATIONS, AND AMENDMENTS

14.3 - In Roulette, 1e1 and 1e2 bets such as colour bets, 1-18, 19-36, odd, even do not count towards a spin. You can only complete the cycle by placing a number bet.

• Red black does not count as a spin.
• Odd-even (odd-even) does not count as a spin.
• 1-12 13-24 25-36 column bets are counted when you bet on only 1 of them. (In case you do not receive a bonus)

• If you play only number bets with the main money, 37 numbers are available on the table, and when you bet on a maximum of 18 of them, it will be counted from the spin.
• High multiplier games such as Crazy Time, Mega Wheel, Dream Catcher, Zeppelin are not included in the principal conversion, and in case of a win, you can withdraw after 10 times the winnings obtained. Closing all betting options is an illegal bet, and ARTEMISKING has the authority to regulate the balance in case of rule violation.

1. MISCELLANEOUS

15.1 In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions of the ARTEMISKING Services and the game rules or other documents mentioned in the ARTEMISKING Services, these Terms and Conditions of the ARTEMISKING Services shall prevail.

15.2 IF THESE AGREEMENTS HAVE BEEN TRANSLATED INTO ANOTHER LANGUAGE, IN THE EVENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THE TRANSLATED LANGUAGE AND THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION, THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.
